Desktop 360 Globe
The cartography and artwork have been produced to reflect an
ever changing world but delivered in a classic style to resemble
a British library globe from the 19th Century.
It incorporate the most recent changes to political boundaries
and up to date name changes.
Shellac and lacquer form a perfect hard wearing finish to this exquisite desktop globe. The brass work has been given a light age in keeping with the aesthetic of the cartography.
We source the wood locally, repurposing where we can. The timber for this globe comes from Britain's oldest seaside pier, Ryde, on the Isle of Wight.
